The primary responsibility of this full-time HR position is to administer our benefits and provide support to our team members.

Provide support to employees, as it relates to the benefits we offer.
Facilitate Retirement, FMLA, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, and COBRA benefits.
Maintains HRIS and employee files.
Requirements:
Experience using ADP and Microsoft Suite Must have Human Resources benefits-related experience (such as open enrollment, FMLA, Worker's Compensation etc.
).
Must have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
Must possess a strong working knowledge of state, local, and federal employment laws.
