Medical Office / Solanco Medical Office / Solanco Quarryville, PA Quarryville, PA Part-time Part-time $14 - $15 an hour $14 - $15 an hour IMMEDIATE POSITION available for a medical receptionist Mon - Fri at our Quarryville office.
Approximately 32 - 37 hours per week.
One evening required on Thursdays and only work a half-day on Friday mornings.
No weekends and paid holidays off.
We see and treat many different types of foot, ankle and lower leg deformities and provide care to patients of all ages.
This position requires the ability to multi-task in an organized manner, answer a multiple-line phone, direct calls appropriately, obtain & properly route detailed messages from patients and other medical offices, schedule appointments, collect payments, create deposit slips, verify insurance benefits, scan/fax items, maintain front office inventory and various other tasks required in a smaller office.
Eventual knowledge of insurance plans we participate with, and insurance terminology, is required.
Must be a team player, punctual, honest, reliable/dependable, have a positive demeanor, and well-organized and time efficient.
Excellent attention to detail is a must.
Medical health receptionist / insurance knowledge and experience a plus.
Computer / medical software experience required and must be proficient with typing.
